Recently, the yunnan dongchuan solar water lifting project undertaken by Jntech is under intense and orderly progress. Our company conducts on-the-spot investigation, calculation of this project,  plans and designs the solar water-lifting irrigation system in a targeted manner according to the actual conditions of the project environment, geographical location, sunshine duration and head flow. The 1.2 MW solar water pumping irrigation project is built near the Jinsha River. It lifts water from the river surface of the Baihetan Hydropower Station. It covers an area of about 20 acres. It is a secondary water supply + solar power supply. The project builds 2 water pumping stations, and the sites both use pure solar. The power supply is directly driven by solar to realize the independent operation of the water pump, which can meet the daily water consumption of about 1,000 mu of local crop irrigation and hundreds of villagers.


The implementation of this project requires high technical requirements. It is an application scenario for mountainous areas with high head, large flow and multi-unit cluster work. The solar array is divided into two parts. The first-stage pumping station supplies power to drive four 63KW units to work; The second-level pumping station supplies power to drive four 132KW units to work; the two pumping stations use the company's advanced inverters, power distribution systems, multi-unit cluster management systems, and solar-driven water intake slide systems to maximize the use of solar. The energy-driven water pump operates fully automatically. Users can remotely monitor and start and stop management through mobile phones and computers, thereby greatly improving system efficiency and reducing operation and maintenance costs.




At present, the project is in full swing, and all the solar structures have been set up. The next step is to install solar panels, water pumps, solar pump inverters, solar combiner boxes, DC power distribution cabinets, solar pump group controllers and solar hoist power supply systems. etc.; the entire system project is expected to be completed by the end of 2022. It is hoped that this solar water-lifting irrigation project can help escort the development of the surrounding villages and towns of the Jinsha River Baihetan Hydropower Station, and create a new rural appearance of solar water-lifting and smart irrigation.
