Contrôleur de groupe de pompe solaire JNPGCH-V1

JNPGCH-V1

Présentation du produit

The JNPGCH-V1 Solar Pump Group Controller is a factory-grade control unit engineered to coordinate multiple solar pump inverters and PV combiners for large-flow, high-head water projects. It orchestrates real-time energy allocation across pumps, protects equipment with multiple isolation and surge measures, and simplifies field operation through an intuitive touch HMI. The controller reduces PV module costs via smarter dispatch, raises overall system efficiency, and is designed for demanding applications such as multi-stage lifts, large-scale sprinkler fields and drip irrigation networks.

Caractéristiques du produit

  • Real-time energy scheduling and PV dispatch to maximize solar utilization.

  • Customizable multi-pump priority and on/off sequencing for multi-stage lift or parallel pipeline systems.

  • Lightning-surge protected isolated power module and rapid power-off response (<5 ms).

  • Improves system efficiency by ~20% vs. individual pump schemes; enables stable operation at heads >1000 m.

Description

The Group Controller is installed at the central control point of a solar pumping array where multiple PV strings, combiner boxes and pump inverters converge. Typical installations include high-head irrigation, village microgrids with water supply, and large sprinkler or drip irrigation fields requiring coordinated multi-pump operation.

Benefits

Enables stable pumping at extreme heads (>1000 m) and high flows with reduced mechanical stress.

Lowers PV module and BOS cost through coordinated dispatch and fewer oversize strings.

Cuts maintenance frequency and improves pipeline longevity by smoothing pump starts and preventing water hammer.
