JNTech ofrece una robusta solución solar de 1,386 MW, diseñada para ofrecer rendimiento y valor a largo plazo.
Release time: 2025-08-21
JNTech technical team recently finished a tailored 1,386 kW photovoltaic power design for a customer site — a project built around real-world constraints and clear business goals: reduce electricity costs, cut carbon emissions, and secure reliable daytime power for production and office loads. The system pairs twelve 110 kW grid-tie inverters with 2,520 high-efficiency 550 Wp PV modules, arranged across roof and ground arrays to maximize energy harvest during the local 1,550 peak-sun-hour year. In normal operation, PV is prioritized and grid supply acts as a helpful backup, so the facility benefits from both lower bills and greener operations.
What makes this solution stand out is the engineering detail. JNTech specified inverters with industry-leading conversion efficiency (near 98.7%), wide MPPT windows, 1,100 V DC capability and IP66 protection to withstand harsh site conditions. The mounting and support structures were designed for regional wind and soil profiles, using hot-dip galvanized members and anti-corrosion measures for a 25-year design life. Control cabinets, string monitoring and redundant cooling keep the array safe and responsive, while automated production and strict QC at the factory level help guarantee field reliability.
The numbers tell the rest of the story. Under conservative assumptions (PSH ≈ 1,550 h/year) the array is expected to produce roughly 2,040,885 kWh annually, with lifetime energy and emissions savings that scale dramatically over 25 years. That kind of predictable output, combined with modular 110 kW inverter banks and a clear product list, makes maintenance and future expansion straightforward — a practical benefit for operators who need uptime as much as they need savings.
Projects like this reflect JNTech’s approach: meaningful engineering that favors fit-for-purpose design over one-size-fits-all marketing. If you’re exploring how to cut operating costs and lift resilience with commercial-scale PV, our team can translate site realities into a working system — from schematic to commissioning and beyond.
